Turkey: Work begins on luxury sleeper train project

ANKARA: Work has begun on Turkey's first "luxury sleeper train" project.

The Cappadocia Express train project will be implemented through an agreement reached between HIS and Turkey's Sun Group, headquartered in Japan, through the President's Office.

HIS Global is one of the top ten tourist tour operators in the world with over 500 offices in more than 70 countries.

Cappadocia within the scope of the project. Travel to Istanbul will begin, followed by plans to establish a nationwide railway network. It aims to serve 200,000 tourists annually.

The Cappadocia Express will meet the standards of a 5 star hotel.
