Criticizing some Western countries, Putin said that Russia does not want Afghan militants to come to Russia as refugees.
Russian leader Putin criticized the attitude of some Western countries towards Afghan refugees.
"Western powers insist that asylum seekers be placed in Central Asian countries until they get visas from the US and other countries.
