Among the authors included in the short list of the International Peace Prize 2020/2021, Azerbaijani writers were also represented: in the nomination Prose - Chingiz Abdullayev and Ramiz Abbasli (Barkhudarov); in the Poetry nomination - Nariman Hasanzade and Sabir Rustamkhanli; in the nomination "Publicism" - Sariya Mamedova.
